 Post Title: Office Administrator
Location: Nairobi.
Salary: (Gross Salary 40,000)
 Our client is seeking to recruit a personable, self-motivated, and well-organized Office Administrator, to provide administrative services and manage the company’s website and social media sites.
Job Purpose:
To perform general administrative tasks duties that are intended to help a business or organization operate efficiently.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
·         Managing the office reception
·         Distribution of incoming mails; acknowledging receipt of the e-mails and forwarding to officer concerned to act upon it
·         Perform clerical duties such as; Data entry, typing and filing copying and scanning documents
·         Setting of appointments and performing a variety of other office tasks, such as emailing
·         Answering phone calls and/or direct and relay telephone messages to staff.
·         Answering client inquiries about the company and its products and service
·         Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
·         Produce documents and maintain presentations, records and databases as required
·         Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites
·         Manage and help to create marketing content for website and social media purposes (e.g. facebook, twitter, linkedin)
·         Arranging meetings/appointments and organising travel for staff.
·         Perform general administrative work

Required Professional Skills and Competencies
·         Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, IT or Communications & PR
·         At least 1 year experience in administration  and/or website management
·         Knowledge if social media marketing and website management/ blogging
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access e.t.c
·         Leadership skills will be an added advantage.
·         Must have an inborn passion for Social Media
·         Must be active on Social media including facebook and twitter with at least have 500 facebook friends
·         Good planning, co-ordination and execution skills
·         Ability to multitask and work under little supervision
·         Good interpersonal skills and Customer Service skills
