About the Job:
GFA Consulting Group is seeking a Team Leader - MSME Lending to organize the support of partner financial institutions (PFIs).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

    Supervise the team mobilization for the production of deliverables;
    Assure quality management and timely corrective action.

Qualifications:

•     Advanced university degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar;
•     Extensive experience in the financial sector;
•     Experience in EU or EIB projects;
•     Previous experience in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and/or Rwanda is an asset;
•     Minimum 10 years experience in the financial sector;
•     Previous service as team leader in the region;
•     Experience in MSME lending, design of training programs, and risk management.
